What we collect

We collect the information you provide directly — your name, work email, company, and the leads, customers, and jobs you enter into the CRM. We collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use your data to provide, secure, and improve Roof Spot CRM. We do not sell your data. We do not use your customer records to train third-party AI models.

Service providers and AI processing

When you choose automated roof-report extraction, the report you upload is sent through an optional, configured AI provider solely to extract measurements. Address searches are processed through Google Maps when enabled. Do not upload material you are not authorized to process, and confirm extracted measurements before relying on them for an estimate or work order.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in our managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Data belongs to your company; you can request an export or deletion at any time.
